Days of Our Lives (DOOL) Recap: Brady Turns To The Dark Side

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Friday, October 13 features a heartbreaking change in Brady that causes him to seek revenge against two people he once loved.

No More Doormat
Nicole (Arianne Zucker) foolishly tried to say a final goodbye to Brady (Eric Martsolf) on her way out. Instead, it reignited his anger about how she lied to him. He then told her if she tries to be happy with Eric, he’d turn her in for murdering Deimos – and he has her taped confession to prove it.

Nicole asked what he wants in exchange – how could he want her with him when she wants Eric? Au contraire, he doesn’t want her – he wants her to break Eric’s heart like she broke his.

Nicole barely recognized him now. Who is he? Brady spat that he’s whom she and every other woman who broke his heart turned him into.

Meanwhile Marlena (Deidre Hall) visited Eric (Greg Vaughan) and filled him in on Will (Chandler Massey) and how Sami’s (Alison Sweeney) headed back to town.

The Truth Is Out There
Paul (Christopher Sean) learned from John (Drake Hogestyn) that there might be a chance Will is alive. Paul was shocked but now more determined to get to the truth for Sonny’s (Freddie Smith) sake. He talked his father into digging up Will’s grave, but as John was about to break ground, Sami shocked him by grabbing the shovel.

Change of Heart
Lani (Sal Stowers) asked Hope (Kristian Alfonso) to lift JJ’s (Casey Moss) suspension, explaining how Ben wound JJ up to snap. JJ busted into their meeting (in what world is that a SMART move – oh wait, Salem), supposedly to tell Lani he’s there, but then apologized again to Hope. Miraculously, Hope lifted the couple-hour suspension.
