Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner headed to social media on Sunday to announce their engagement.
The Games of Thrones star, who plays Sansa Stark, and the DNCE frontman, who is about to mentor on The Voice, both spoke up on Instagram to share their happy news.
Both of the stars’ hands turned up on Joe’s post, one of which sported a pear-shaped sparkler of grand proportions. The 28-year-old singer/actor wrote, “She said yes.”
At the same time, the 21-year-old English actress posted the same picture on her Instagram account, admitting, “I said yes.”

Joe’s brother Nick also used that photo as he was quick to let the newly engaged couple how thrilled he is with this new development. He tweeted, “Ahh! Congratulations to my brother… and sister in law to be on your engagement. I love you both so much.”
The ready-to-wed couple has kept their dating life on the down low. In fact, three months ago, Joe told the UK’s Sunday Times that he is, in fact, “in a relationship” but that said relationship is “very private.”
But, thanks to social media, now the whole world knows. So, congratulations to Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner. We can’t wait to cover your wedding!
