The actor returned as Owen Kent last Friday, the character who’s holding Stephanie (Abigail Klein) and Jeremy (Michael Roark) hostage and who previously abducted Stephanie back in 2009, and appears prominently this week. The stint is short-term.
Ramsey is also known for his portrayal of villain Peter August on General Hospital. He spoke out about dark characters being the most fun to play.
