The late Bill Hayes makes his final appearance as Doug Williams on Thursday, July 11. He’ll share his final scene with his onscreen and real-life wife, Susan Seaforth Hayes, who portrays Julie Williams. And, in a lovely twist of fate, the date happens to be Seaforth Hayes’ birthday.
Derek Yates has been cast in the recurring role of Kerry. He makes his first appearance on Wednesday, July 10, when Leo (Greg Rikaart) has a sexy encounter with the new man in Salem.
Remington Hoffman, who plays the late Li Shin, is getting some more screen time. The actor has filmed flashback scenes of his character’s murder. He’ll air again on Friday, July 12.
Also involved in some of the aforementioned flashbacks will be David S. Lee. He portrayed the late Gil Carter.
