The week of February 21, 2022

Lamon Archey is finally resurfacing as Eli Grant. The character, who’s been off visiting his mother, returns home to Salem on Wednesday, February 23.

Matthew Ashford is back on the scene as Jack Deveraux on Tuesday, February 22. Look for the actor to share confrontational scenes with Emily O’Brien’s Gwen Rizczech.

The soap’s most popular prison inmate is set to return for a new storyline arc. James Read reappears as Clyde Weston on Monday, February 21. He’ll interact with Dan Feuerriegel when the newly incarcerated EJ DiMera meets his cellmate.

Meanwhile, during a guest appearance on the Apple podcast, Not Too Deep with Grace Helbig, Victoria Konefal announced that she might be taking some time off from her role as Ciara Brady Weston, again. The actress, who recurs on the soap, is considering appearing in a movie that a friend is producing. However, nothing has been set in stone, yet.

Days of our Lives History

DAYS made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more.
