The presumed dead Philip Kiriakis will be returning to Salem. Actor John-Paul Lavoisier, who played the character from 2015 to 2016, will reprise the role next month. Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and Victor Kiriakis’s (John Aniston) son, previously portrayed by Jay Kenneth Johnson, last aired in 2021 when he was secretly sent off for mental treatment, after attempting to frame Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) for his murder.
Lisagaye Tomlinson pops up as Dr. Sorenson on Tuesday, July 25. The character is a baby specialist, who will meet with expectant parents, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker). It’s not Tomlinson’s first stint as a daytime doc. She appeared as Dr. Harris on General Hospital for two episodes in 2020.
