DAYS Comings and Goings: Son, Legacy Characters Reappear

Who’s coming and who’s going from Days of our Lives? Are any of your favorite performers from yesteryear returning to the daytime drama this week or in the not-too-far-off future? Here’s the latest casting news from the Peacock soap.

Jamie Martin Mann is finally back on screen as Tate Black. Look for the teen’s TV parents, Eric Martsolf’s Brady, and Emily O’Brien’s Theresa, to visit him at his juvenile rehab facility on Thursday, February 22. His co-star, Ashley Puzemis (Holly), has already returned, but is still lingering in a coma from a New Year’s Eve drug overdose.

Tom and Alice Horton are back via newly created flashbacks. Viewers will see young versions of the two characters, who were long played by the late Macdonald Carey and Frances Reid, this week. Sydney Kathrann Smith has been cast as Young Alice, while Zach Chyz is portraying a young Tom. The pair airs on Wednesday, February 21.

In the story, Tom and Alice’s beloved house just burned down, and their family members will go through the ruins to see what they can salvage this coming week.
