Bed Hed: Should Hope and Ted Hit The Sheets On Days Of Our Lives?

Now that Hope and Rafe have agreed to get a divorce on Days Of Our Lives, it’s time for both to start considering new love interests. Rafe (Galen Gering) seems to be growing closer to Lani as they tend to little David.

And Hope (Kristian Alfonso)…she’s already kissed acting District Attorney Ted (Gilles Marini). Now that Eve (Kassie DePaiva) has taken over Hope’s post as Police Commissioner — and her obsession with sending Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) back to prison  Hope will have oodles of free time.

My eyes, my eyes, 95% of you are shrieking, not unlike Phoebe on Friends. You can’t watch…and you don’t want to. Hope and Ted are most definitely not hot.

They’re gross. Ted has worked against Will (Chandler Massey) and Sonny (Freddie Smith), he’s bedded Kate (Lauren Koslow) and schemed with Xander (Paul Tefler). The guy is scum. He’s subhuman. And he’s not nearly good enough for Hope.

She’s not even really attracted to him. She just thinks she is. Because Rafe had to go out of town and help Sami (Allison Sweeney) with Johnny. She was pissed off, not turned on. And Ted needs to go away, sooner rather than later.

Heat It Up!
There may be only 5% of them, but this section of the audience is loving Hope and Ted together! Ted’s just what the doctor ordered. He’s not self-righteous and full of himself. He doesn’t put other women first.

Ted looks at Hope like she’s beautiful… not like she’s always on the cusp of doing something wrong. He encourages and supports her. And he’s not fussing over his ex-girlfriend’s baby… with another woman. What else could any woman want?
