Sarah Jayne Dunn is a British actress who is best known for playing Mandy Richardson in Hollyoaks, a role she has had on-and-off for almost 25 years.

Who Is Sarah Jayne Dunn?
She was born on September 25 in Leigh, Greater Manchester, England, and attended Lowton High School. This is where she got her start in performing and began a career as a part-time model.
Soap Career
Dunn first began playing Mandy Richardson on Hollyoaks in the ‘90s, but she left the show in 2006. However, she has returned to the series a number of times. She came back for a couple of episodes in 2007 and then returned in 2010 for a one-year contract. She played the character of Mandy as a guest-star in the spinoff, Hollyoaks Later, but she also returned to Hollyoaks in June 2017.
Focus on Fitness
Along with her acting career, Dunn has also recently taken up an interest in fitness. She frequently shares her fitness updates on her Instagram page and revealed earlier this month that her body fat percentage has dropped 10 percent.
Theater Veteran
While she’s been on TV for years, the talented actress is also a veteran of the theater. She has appeared in plays such as Boeing, Boeing, The Vagina Monologues, and When Harry Met Sally. Also, she and her former Hollyoaks co-star Helen Noble, as well as theater actor Graham Tudor, taught theater classes back in 2007.

Dunn married her longtime love Jon Smith in May 2018. The couple first met at an audition for the theater adaption of Birdsong in 2013. They have a son, Stanley, who was born in 2016.
