The Bold and the Beautiful recaps for September 27 – October 1, 2021, feature a plethora of yelling, broken confidences, confessions, pleas, accusations, and a whole lot more yelling.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recaps: Monday, September 27
Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) were aghast over being caught in flagrante delicto by Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears); their attempts to claim that the situation is not what it seems is for naught.
Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) appeal for time with John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and baby Hayes is summarily denied by Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood)…Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) told Katie Logan (Heather Tom) that he’s tasked Justin with tailing Quinn, and reporting back any failings on her part.
Quinn insisted to Justin that she and Carter are not doing anything behind her husband’s back – they have Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) permission to sleep together; Justin is dubious; Quinn further revealed that her husband is suffering from erectile dysfunction.
Bold and Beautiful Recaps: Tuesday, September
Ridge and Katie anxiously awaited an update from Justin; they’re nearly caught out by Eric, but they come up with a plausible cover story for their conspiratorial behavior…Quinn and Carter appealed to Justin’s better nature; he remained skeptical that Eric would condone their intimacy…Justin returned to Forrester Creations and debated what exactly he’ll tell Ridge.
Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) surprised Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) with the news that she’s moving out of the cliff house. Though Paris reaffirms her commitment to Zende, her facial expressions belie her sincerity.
The confrontation between Sheila and Steffy became volatile when the former made a move towards Hayes’s room. Finn happens onto the scene; he crushes Sheila with his determination to keep his promise not to see her again; Finn personally escorts Sheila out of the house. Rather than exit the property, Sheila remains behind, and spies on her son comforting Steffy.
B&B Recaps: Wednesday, September 29
Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) inserted herself into Ridge’s interrogation of Justin. Justin copped to following Quinn to Carter’s abode, and catching them in an intimate clinch; Brooke and Ridge make descended upon Quinn and Carter – determined to rake them over the coals for their actions. Quinn insisted that Eric knows exactly what she and Carter are doing.
Katie joined Eric at the Forrester manse. She confided her inability to either commit to Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) or turn her back on him permanently. In the spirit of honesty, Eric agreed to share his truth with Katie.
B&B: Thursday, September 30
Ridge and Brooke continued to castigate Quinn for her shortcomings as a wife; Quinn reiterated the fact that Eric knows about her continued involvement with Carter; what’s more, Eric encouraged the dalliance…Eric confides his medical condition to Katie, as well as he arranged for Carter and Quinn to resume their affair; she offers him her full support and promises to keep his confidence and reserve her judgment as far as the situation is concerned.
A maddened Quinn returns home and fills Eric in on what has transpired. Ridge arrives soon after; he makes an argument for tossing Quinn out of the house; Eric affirms Quinn’s version of events – much to Ridge’s chagrin.
The Bold and Beautiful Recaps: Friday, October 1
While Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), Steffy, and Kelly spend quality family time together, Finn and Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) catch one another up on recent events; with gentle prodding on Hope’s part, Finn admits to wanting to get to know Sheila better…Off-hand advice, courtesy of her hotel’s manager, inspires Sheila to surreptitiously reach out to Finn…Ridge is chastened to hear, first hand, of Eric’s personal struggles.
