The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, May 4, 2020, features a look back to Brooke and Ridge’s very first wedding. (There have been nine in total.) It was a trip back in the soap opera time machine to September 30, 1994.

It was a dream day for Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). She married the man of her dreams in a beachside, sunset ceremony surrounded by her friends, family, and even a few foes.
A Perfect Day
The vows went off without a hitch, even the part when guests are asked if anyone objects. Even Stephanie (Susan Flannery) managed to behave herself. She sure was not smiling but accepted the wedding — sort of. Stephanie stood beside Ridge (then-Ronn Moss) for pictures and made the best of this bad situation.
A Sad Guest
Even James (Ian Buchanan) took it easy on Brooke. He showed up, slapped on a smile, and had a nice moment wishing her the best. Her happiness was all that mattered. She was getting everything she wanted and he knew that.

A Pleased Prince
Over in Europe, Prince Omar was pleased to get word of the wedding. He had Taylor (Hunter Tylo) in his possession and ready to make her his bride. Oh yes, it was love — at least for him. Everyone thought she was dead but she was very much alive and fighting to get back to her husband.
Taylor: A Strange Reality
In fact, Taylor told Yasemin all about the prince’s shady marriage scheme. He was going to marry her knowing she had a husband in LA. Yasemin couldn’t believe her ears. Actually, she did not believe Taylor at all. She wouldn’t even call her Taylor, she called her Laila.
Yasemin worked to convince Taylor to stick around, at least until the prince came back. “Laila” owed him her life, right? She at least owed hearing him out. There must be a reason for all this. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
