The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Monday, September 23, 2019, reveal two bombshell storylines set to change the life of some very powerful men. Bill learns the true meaning of love and Wyatt rushes into romance way, way, way too fast.
Prayers for Katie
Things go from bad to worse for Katie (Heather Tom) and Bill. Her condition is quickly deteriorating and her kidneys completely shut down. The years and years of anti-rejection drugs for her heart are wearing on her body. The doctors aren’t sure if she will survive.
Katie’s only hope is another risky organ transplant. She needs a new kidney, and soon. Time is of the essence and it’s time for her family to ban together and pray for a miracle.
The idea of losing Katie hits Bill (Don Diamont) hard. She is truly the love of his life (and he means it this time, for realsies). He’ll take to her bedside, promise her the world, and hope beyond hope she’ll get better so they can live the rest of their lives together.
The Right Choice?
Wyatt’s (Darin Brooks) love life is almost always a mess but he finally sits down with himself, lays all the cards on the table, and decides his future once and for all. He knows exactly which woman is right for him.

In an unexpected twist, Wyatt grabbed a ring, got down on one knee, and asked Sally (Courtney Hope) to be his bride! Talk about a shocker. This sure came out of nowhere!
Wasn’t it only weeks ago Wyatt kicked Flo (Katrina Bowden) to the curb? And, it’s not like he even fell out of love with her. He’s still harboring some serious sizzle for his ex so why leap into marriage? It’s not as if a ring has ever stopped anyone from cheating.
Don’t expect Sally to wait forever to give her answer. She knows what she wants, she knows what she’s worth, and she knows where Wyatt’s head is at. Sally’s not one to be a pushover or fall for grand gestures. However, wedding Wyatt will definitely be a dream come true. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS.
