The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal a big story coming up for Steffy… and it may not only involve her handsome new doctor. As a result of her motorcycle accident, Steffy’s life can change in a myriad of ways.

It’s easy to see how much pain she is in and a back injury is not an easy thing to deal with. And Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) wants to be everything in her home and not accept much help. She’s a single mom and that is never easy and she doesn’t want a man right now — despite Liam (Scott Clifton) waffling once again. Been there, done that for Steffy.
She doesn’t want to admit she’s in pain or even take the painkillers she’s been prescribed but when the pain becomes too much, that’s just what she is going to have to do.

And we’ve seen it all before on soaps — and in real life. What harm could one pill do for pain every once in a while? We all know where that goes. One pill and then another and then, even more, any time an emotional issue comes up. Between physical and mental pain, it’s quite possible we are looking at an addiction storyline for Steffy.
Of course, that will bring her even closer to her new doctor, known as ‘Finn’ (Tanner Novlan), who she already seems to share sparks with. He will be concerned. He will start paying more housecalls and try to get Steffy help. It will all be very typical, but with new characters playing a tried and true story with real-life implications.
Steffy has done a lot of growing over the past two years since she’s become a mother and this can either be seen as a setback or another adult life experience to add to her growth. Time will tell…if this happens at all. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
