Scott Clifton, who had two daytime soaps under his belt already, found out that the third time was the charm when he joined the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful as Liam Spencer, the long lost son of publishing magnate Bill Spencer. Believe it or not, that was 10 years ago!

Recently, the four-time Daytime Emmy-winning actor took to social media to give sincere appreciation for his good fortune, thanking BB show-runner Brad Bell for hiring him to bring Liam to life.
“Time really does fly when you’re having fun,” Clifton posted on Twitter. “I feel nothing but the deepest, most piercing gratitude to Bradley Bell, for presiding over the happiest years and most rewarding relationships of my life. I love you guys. Here’s hoping for another decade of adventures.”
Since his BB debut, Liam found out that Bill was his dad. He’s embarked on romantic relationships with many of the show’s leading ladies and has found happiness and marriage with Hope (Annika Noelle).
Check out the post below which includes scenes of Liam meeting Bill, Liam “appropriating” a dune buggy so he could chase after Hope, Liam being rescued by his brother Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and realizing that Quinn had kept him from his loved ones when Liam had amnesia. The reel also includes Liam and Sally (Courtney Hope) being trapped in the rubble after Bill blew up Spectra Fashions and also, Steffy confessing to Liam that she had slept with Bill.

One of the reel’s most emotional moments is Liam realizing, thanks in no small part to Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri), that baby Phoebe is really baby Beth. Finally, viewers are treated to the climactic fight scene between Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) and Liam in which Liam demands that Thomas tell Hope that Beth is alive!
In addition, Clifton’s co-stars made their own tweeted video congratulating him, which deeply moved the actor.
“Oh my god! I had no idea my fellow cast members did this. (Didn’t I tell you it’s the best family in the world?) My heart is so full. I love you all.”
