B&B spoilers have been teasing the growing bond between Deacon Sharpe and Sheila Carter against all odds and against the wishes of everyone who knows these two troubled people. But is there a chance that these two could really bring out the best in each other — for the long haul?

Sure, Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) seems to have really turned over a new leaf now that she feels the love and acceptance from another person that she’s never felt before. Deacon (Sean Kanan) knows everything about her and loves her anyway. This is something Sheila has longed for, but usually, she tends to sabotage things when anyone tries to care about her. Will that happen this time as well?

Chances are, Deacon may not regret putting his faith in Sheila and telling the world that she’s changed and can be trusted around normal society — but that doesn’t mean this love affair will be a kind of forever love either seeks. More than likely, they will crash and burn, even if they part on good terms.

B&B Spoilers: Blowing Up In His Face
But the most likely course this courtship will take is that it will all blow up in Deacon’s face in a spectacular way, and he will be full of regret. After all, his daughter Hope (Annika Noelle) begged him to choose her over the naughty nurse, but he just couldn’t seem to do it. He had the respect of people like Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Bill (Don Diamont) when he helped them capture Sheila. Now that everyone knows about his love for Sheila, that’s gone away. And it probably won’t be long before he’s rueing the day he decided to believe she could really change.
