The open marriage arrangement may work for Quinn (Rena Sofer) and Eric (John McCook) but they are about to hear a whole lot of opinions on the topic. The truth is out, and it’s spreading like wildfire.
Bold and Beautiful: Eric Spills All
Eric does his best to explain the situation to Katie Logan (Heather Tom). He enjoys having Quinn by his side but he can’t please her the way another man can so he’s sharing her. And yes, it’s his choice, his decision, and he’s happy with it. Okay, not happy but at least at peace. As okay as anyone can be, anyway.
Don’t expect Katie to sit back and listen to this nonsense without speaking her mind. This whole situation is beyond what she would consider in her own life. Plus, he’s miserable. How can he say he’s okay when he is clearly suffering?

B&B Spoilers: Ridge Goes Off The Rails
As if confessing his secret isn’t enough trauma for one day, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) shows up to confront his dad. Is any of this Ridge’s business? Nope. When has that ever mattered, though? He lays into Eric about giving Quinn free reign. Why would his dad do this?
Poor Eric has to defend his marriage and his choices while losing his sense of dignity with every breath. Just wait until Eric says how he really feels about his son’s prying and meddling. Ridge was told to back off numerous times. If anyone should be upset here about anything it’s Eric. His meddling son is about to get quite the earful.
