Hope Logan Spencer and Thomas Forrester’s legal battle for Douglas Forrester was shifted to the back burner, but we have the feeling that it might be on again in light of recent events on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Douglas Forrester — Housing Opportunities
Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) once again has been foiled by his son Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri). Not only did daytime’s worst secret keeper — and best child actor — blab the truth about baby Beth being alive, he went ahead and confirmed that Thomas — not Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) — called Child Protective Services (CPS). We’re thinking a time-out is in order, not for Douglas, but for Thomas, who shouldn’t be around his son right now, given how he probably feels about the boy. The question is — where should Douglas live?
Home Again, Naturally
The majority of you, a bit over 79%, say that Douglas should return to living with Hope (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). Sure, that guest cabin at Brooke’s house is a bit on the teeny side, but Douglas was very happy there. Hope couldn’t love Douglas more than if she’d given birth to him. And Liam’s not so bad either — something Douglas will be reminded of if he moves back in with the Spencers.
Douglas Forrester — Location, Location, Location
Some of you, about 17%, say that Douglas Forrester should mix things up and move in with his aunt Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). The view from the cliff house is beautiful! Plus, Douglas and Steffy see eye to eye on moral issues. Nobody can put Thomas in his place like his sister, so Steffy might be just the person to watch over her adorable nephew.
The Forrester Mansion
The rest of you, almost 4%, say that Douglas should stay put right where he is in the landmark Forrester home, a B&B fixture since the show’s second episode. Why should Douglas have to give up living on that sprawling estate that has so many luxuries just because his father is so manipulative?
Of course, if Douglas does remain there, he should probably both spend a lot of time with his great grandfather Eric Forrester (John McCook) and his ladylove Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) and also live in a separate wing from the one his dad is residing in — provided Thomas isn’t kicked out for being so duplicitous!
