Last fall, at Kimberlin Brown’s on-set celebration for playing Sheila Carter for 30 years, Bold and the Beautiful promised that the phoenix would rise. Even though it looked like Sheila was finally going to go away for the rest of her life, this was not the last of Sheila. This plan to keep her around appears to be tied to her alliance with Bill Spencer.
So what’s really going on between Bill (Don Diamont) and the naughty nurse? How did this unholy alliance develop? Soap Hub posed this question to B&B fans.
About 12% of you say that the only reason this surreal twist makes sense is that is so crazy! Isn’t life like that? About 13% of you feel that Sheila is poisoning Bill. This tracks with the character as she has poisoned both Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) and the late Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) in the past. Perhaps Sheila has poisoned Bill, and altered his mind somehow to get him on her side. This raises lots of questions though. How did she get close enough to him to poison him? Where did she get the poison?
Bill’s blackmailing Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Dr. John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) with Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) shooting him. Perhaps Sheila is blackmailing Bill? That’s what about 22% of you think. But what could Sheila have over the all-powerful Bill Spencer, publishing magnate?
Maybe she found out that Bill could be Kelly’s father? Bill, not wanting to hurt Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), his son, again, Bill is giving Sheila what she wants. Or maybe Sheila has evidence has done something that would send him to jail for a long time?
The rest of you, about 53%, believe that what Bill has been saying so far is the truth. He feels burned by both Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom), so he’s giving Sheila a break because he knows what it’s like to be on the outs. This seems to be an odd direction for Bill to travel so we’re guessing there is a lot more to this twisted tale. Stay tuned to see what happens next!
