The week of October 22, 2018
Big Brother Season 20 runner-up Tyler Crispin and fellow housemate Brett Robinson appear as Tyler and Brett on Wednesday, October 24.

Jeremy Ray Valdez returns as Det. Alex Sanchez on Wednesday, October 24 and Thursday, October 25. He last appeared back in April as the cop leading the investigation into Bill’s (Don Diamont) shooting. This time around, he’ll be investigating  Bill’s accident.

Robin Givens pops back in as Dr. Phillips, Hope’s (Anika Noelle) ob-gyn, on Monday, October 22.

Keith Carlos makes another appearance as Danny on Wednesday, October 24.

Dick Christie clocks in as Charlie Webber on Wednesday, October 24 and Thursday, October 25.
