Dani (Daytime Emmy nominee Karla Mosley) has been feeling immense guilt for cheating on Andre (Sean Freeman) with Bill (Daytime Emmy nominee Timon Kyle Durrett). As a result, she has started fights with her husband. He thinks they are about her choices in the wake of her positive BRCA test result.
She’s not-so-quietly sabotaging their relationship and creating distance. She wishes she had never betrayed Andre, but it happened. Keeping the secret is killing her.
At the same time, she can’t stay away from Bill. She made a valiant attempt to stay away from Bill’s hospital room during his health emergency. But she eventually showed up, which upset Hayley (Marquita Goings). Dani has opened up to Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli) and Pamela (Cady McClain), but ultimately, she knows the secret won’t stay a secret forever. Bill’s not trying that hard to keep it on the down low.
