It’s a big day for Joey and Randy on Beyond the Gates. According to spoilers for Monday, June 8, they are about to meet The Impaler. If all goes well, we’ll finally find out who it is and if the invisible force behind the Red Market plasma ring is someone fans know, or someone new.

Key Takeaways

  • The identity of The Impaler is finally revealed.
  • Vanessa turns to Dani for support as her anxiety grows.
  • Ted and Andre talk about their romantic relationships.
  • Leslie sets her sights on crashing Martin’s upcoming fundraiser.

And the Identity of The Impaler Is…

Joey (Jon Lindstrom) has wanted to meet with whoever is The Impaler, who recently suffered a setback when Jacob’s undercover operation damaged the Red Market plasma ring. But we get the sense that the ring isn’t completely down and out. The leader behind the ring is still out there, and they are about to meet with Joey and Randy (Maurice P. Kerry).

Joey has a simple need. He just wants The Impaler to keep the ring out of his territory. While the setup for this whole meeting was on Friday, June 5, the audience will have to wait a little longer to find out who The Impaler actually is. The weekly teasers say that the unveiling is on Monday. Will Joey know The Impaler?

Vanessa Reaches Out for Support

While Joey has his important meeting, look for Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli) to lean on Dani (Karla Mosley) to help alleviate her anxiety. She has a lot to be anxious about. Her kids have their own thoughts about her relationship with Joey. Deanna (Angela Fairley, BTG’s Performer of the Month for May 2026) and Vanessa’s relationship is particularly rocky right now.

Additionally, the realtor’s grief is flaring up to the point that she’s perusing albums and reminiscing about her life with Doug (Jason Graham). The whole plasma ring mess has stirred up some feelings in her. She has asked Joey if he was involved in it. If anybody can help soothe Vanessa, it’s Dani.

Uncle/Nephew Quality Time

Elsewhere, Ted (Keith D. Robinson) and Andre (Sean Freeman) update each other on the current state of their romantic relationships. Andre’s relationship with Dani is solid but not perfect. Dani’s insecurities surfaced after her recent conversation with Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett). Andre had to comfort her as she reflected on the end of her marriage, which involved Hayley (Marquita Goings) infiltrating their life as Naomi’s best friend.

Meanwhile, Ted knows something is up with Nicole (Daphnée Duplaix) that she’s not saying. He’s feeling even further out of the Dupree loop than ever. And while he and Shanice (Ernestine Johnson) have reunited, their bond isn’t exactly what you’d call solid. Also, Ted has been mentioning the death of his brother and his sister-in-law (Andre’s parents) lately. So it’s a good thing that the uncle and the nephew are turning to each other.

Leslie the Everything Crasher

Finally, Leslie (Trish Mann-Grant), the party crasher, has set her sights on a new event that she feels needs her presence. Leslie is determined to secure an invitation to Martin’s (Brandon Claybon) upcoming fundraiser. The teens had their cotillion as the social event of the season.

The upcoming high-profile political party will be the social event of the season for the adults. But does someone want to tell Leslie that maybe she should skip the shindig? Sure, Genoa City’s elite — The Newmans and The Abbotts — will be seen at the fundraiser, but so will a large-scale tornado. Yikes.
