The event that brings the Duprees, Abbotts, and Newmans together is a high-profile political fundraiser, which means we will be heavy into Martin and Vernon’s world. Vernon and Victor are longtime friends. According to a BTG press release, Victor has backed Vernon’s various political campaigns, while Vernon has supported legislation that’s, let’s say, favorable to Newman Enterprises.
Vernon has now enlisted Victor as the keynote speaker for Martin’s fundraiser. Victor will arrive with his daughter, Abby (Melissa Ordway), and her husband, Devon (Bryton James).
