The Gates aren’t always what it seems. There’s something wrong with two of its residents, but for different reasons. Martin’s (Brandon Claybon) family is concerned about his son, Tyrell. But is there a reason to be concerned? For some reason, this brings up a confrontation that Smitty (Mike Manning) has with Martin. As we know, Smitty is only telling half of the truth. He’s not the only one who’s having tough confrontations lately. That’s become the name of the game at Fairmon Crest.
Meanwhile, there are also concerns with Marcel (Darryl W. Handy). But it’s not because there’s anything wrong with him. It’s just that Marcel is being too nice to Jacob… Maybe a little too nice. It’s unlike him. Marcel’s demeanor catches Jacob off guard. Does this mean that he’s up to something? Jacob feels that he should keep his feelers up. Something tells us that he’s going to be on the lookout for Marcel.

Meanwhile, Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) offers a helping hand to Eva (Ambyr Michelle). Even though she might have the right intentions, she might not understand what the word “help” means. Something tell us that Leslie’s kindness might cause friction between these two.
