Joey Leaves Vanessa Speechless
According to the weekly teasers, Joey’s admission shocks Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli). In our opinion, there could only be two things Joey (Jon Lindstrom) could say to Vanessa that would shock her. First, his role in Doug’s death. And second, that Heather (Ashley Jones) is The Impaler.
Vanessa has been researching the owner who stole Uptown out from under Joey. Also, she has been so clueless about Heather ever since Joey’s sister popped back up into his life. Joey may be done with Vanessa constantly urging him to let his sister back into his life.
And he’s pretty sure that Heather is behind Vanessa’s carjacking. So all bets are off. We wouldn’t blame Joey for coming clean about Heather if this is the way it goes.
Hayley Isn’t the Only One Who Knows How to Play Dirty
Hayley (Marquita Goings, BTG’s Performer of the Month for September 2026) is about to meet her match. And we don’t know whether this is a good or bad thing.
This new introduction could mean an ally, or it could mean she’s met a worthy opponent. In BTG’s weekly video preview, Heather introduces herself to Hayley. And Hayley wants to know how she even knows her name.
Bill Just Keeps Bill-ing, Despite Hayley’s Betrayal
Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett) should be licking his wounds. He should be soul-searching and trying to figure out how he ended up with a wife who never loved him and wanted to kill him. And this wasn’t a quick betrayal. She poisoned him for months and months.
Instead, he wants more from Dani (Karla Mosley), who’s married and struggling with that fact. At the same time, Bill finds common ground with Ted (Keith D. Robinson).
Did you see Ted’s look after he found out Nicole (Daphnée Duplaix) had given Kial (Greg Vaughan) the key to her house? There was a quick flash of jealousy there. Maybe this common ground is about Bill and Ted not being able to shake the Dupree sisters from their systems.
In Other DMV/Fairmont Crest News
Anita (Tamara Tunie) and Nicole fight for optimism, which will undoubtedly be difficult with all the drama that the Duprees are facing. This includes Smitty’s arrest. Thankfully, he’s out on bail. But Smitty (Mike Manning) is in real trouble here.
Look for Martin (Brandon Claybon) to make a declaration. Unfortunately for him, that declaration gets derailed. And Naomi (Arielle Prepetit) has a plan for proof. Guess she’s made it her mission to prove Smitty’s innocence. What exactly will this plan involve?
