Monday, March 3, 2025 – Episode #006
Dani interrupted Bill and Hayley’s wedding at the objection portion, firing a warning shot to make her presence known. She demanded their groveling, but when Bill resisted, he attempted to seize her gun. After a struggle, Bill secured the weapon, handing it to Jacob, and Dani exited.
Meanwhile, Ashley and Andre found themselves trapped in an elevator with a woman in labor. Ashley confidently took charge and successfully delivered the baby, with Andre assisting. Their teamwork strengthened their bond, but Ashley’s mentor later informed Derek about Andre’s presence, sparking jealousy when the new mother took photos with Ashley and Andre.
Leslie and Eva celebrated Eva’s temporary assistant role for Nicole. They reminisced about Ted’s past with Leslie, who he once knew as Dana, and how he abandoned them. Leslie vowed revenge, unaware that Eva had no idea she was responsible for Laura’s accident, which led to Eva’s new job opportunity.
Dani returned home to face her family. While Anita berated her, Chelsea accidentally live-streamed the disastrous wedding, forcing Vernon to arrange a Dupree family press conference. Naomi defended Dani to her husband Jacob, causing tension as he struggled with his duty as a cop.
Despite the chaos, Bill and Hayley married in front of coworkers. Their honeymoon was postponed after Bill learned about the Dupree press conference, deciding he had business to attend to first.
Elsewhere, Martin hinted at understanding Dani’s meltdown, suggesting anger sometimes becomes uncontrollable.
Tuesday, March 4, 2025 – Episode #007
On their wedding night, Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett) wanted to attend the Dupree press conference, but Hayley (Marquita Goings) refused. Vernon (Clifton Davis) told his family to present a united front, emphasizing their leadership in the community. However, Martin (Brandon Claybon) warned that viral clips were damaging their image. Nicole (Daphnée Duplaix) offered medical justification for Dani’s (Karla Mosley) behavior, while Chelsea (RhonniRose Mantilla) felt guilty for live-streaming the ordeal.
At the press conference, Vernon tried to downplay Dani’s gun incident, but reporters pressed for answers. Dani appeared and publicly apologized, admitting it was a low point. Bill and Hayley arrived, and Bill called Dani out for her harassment. Tensions escalated until Vernon shut things down. Dani then asked her father to call the police, and Officer Jenkins took her statement, with Naomi (Arielle Prepetit) acting as legal support.
Later, Bill confronted Vernon, who insisted on a truce. Meanwhile, Dani reminisced about her past with Bill and the sacrifices she made for him. Seeking distraction, she invited Andre (Sean Freeman) over and seduced him, revealing her father had “fixed everything.” Andre warned her to rein in her reckless side.
Elsewhere, Smitty (Mike Manning) questioned Martin about his reaction to the press conference, but Martin deflected. Chelsea struggled with guilt, and Kat urged her to move on.
At the hospital, Derek (Ben Gavin) praised Ashley (Jen Jacob) and Andre for delivering a baby in an elevator. The grateful mother named her child Ashley Andrea. Ashley later told Derek he helped silence her insecurities, but when she tried to seduce him, he walked away, leaving her disappointed.
Wednesday, March 5, 2025 – Episode #008
Eva (Ambyr Michelle) impressed Nicole (Daphnée Duplaix) at the office but later snooped through files, finding a key. Kat (Colby Muhammad) caught her and warned her not to get comfortable. When Ted (Maurice Johnson) arrived, Eva flashed back to her mother saying he was her father. Flustered, she introduced herself, and he praised her work. Meanwhile, Jacob (Jibre Hordges) admitted he couldn’t identify the motorcycle driver in Laura’s case.
At Orphey Gene’s, Mona (Karan Kendrick), Jan (Jerri Tubbs), and “Leslie” (Trisha Mann-Grant) discussed Eva’s new role and the Dupree wedding disaster. Mona supported Eva, while Leslie and Jan believed Bill (Timon Kyle Durrett) got what he deserved.
Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli) had breakfast with Doug (Jason Graham), who brushed off a fallen poker chip as charity game winnings. Later, he lost a game and failed to get house credit, with Randy refusing to vouch for him. Meanwhile, Vanessa met Diego (Carlos Enrique Palacio) for a property tour, but they ended up kissing.
Smitty (Mike Manning) and Martin (Brandon Claybon) discussed journalism, with Smitty considering returning to the field. At the club, Kat warned Nicole about Eva, but Nicole dismissed her concerns. Later, Martin stunned Nicole by revealing he planned to run for president.
Eva met her mother, Dana “Leslie,” and expressed frustration that Ted didn’t recognize her. Dana assured her their time would come. Eva suspected Dana caused Laura’s crash, but Dana denied it. They schemed to earn trust before bringing their enemies down.
Jacob met his father at Orphey Gene’s, frustrated over the stalled Laura case and Dani’s (Karla Mosley) lack of arrest. His father reminded him of his family obligations.
Thursday, March 6, 2025 – Episode #009
After a spa day, Dani (Karla Mosley) scrolled through posts about her wedding antics. Andre (Sean Freeman) visited, claiming to retrieve belongings. Dani insisted nothing would happen again, but Andre reminded her they’d already broken that rule. She admitted enjoying her newfound freedom from Bill’s (Timon Kyle Durrett) expectations. Andre left without taking anything.
Bill and Hayley (Marquita Goings) were frustrated Dani faced no consequences for pulling a gun at their wedding. Bill urged Hayley to quit her paralegal job to focus on social climbing. She resisted until he handed her a limitless credit card. That night, Dani visited Hayley, offering a tense truce—she would keep her distance if Hayley did the same.
Martin (Brandon Claybon) was upset Smitty (Mike Manning) considered returning to journalism without telling him, despite hiding his own presidential ambitions. After cooling down, Martin apologized but insisted on maintaining their family image. Frustrated, Smitty resisted, but Martin issued an ultimatum—Smitty needed to abandon his job plans.
At Garland Memorial, Ashley’s (Jen Jacob) colleagues surprised her with flowers for delivering a baby in an elevator. Derek (Ben Gavin) gifted her flowers but was overshadowed by a playful text from Andre. Later, Derek welcomed Andre, saying, “Any friend of Ashley’s is a friend of mine.” Meanwhile, Kat (Colby Muhammad) continued targeting Eva (Ambyr Michelle), questioning her past. Ted (Maurice Johnson) and Nicole (Daphnée Duplaix) defended Eva, but Kat later caught her copying a tribute video for Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant).
Chelsea (RhonniRose Mantilla) dated a tech entrepreneur who revealed he was married. Instead of leaving, Chelsea looked forward to meeting his wife and spending the night with both of them.
Friday, March 7, 2025 – Episode #010
Kat grilled Eva about her suspicious behavior in Nicole’s office, but Eva denied any wrongdoing. Frustrated, Kat called in Nicole, who shut her down, calling her a “spoiled brat.” Meanwhile, a disguised Leslie watched Nicole and Ted from a distance while obsessing over a tribute video.
Later, Eva bumped into Ted, who thanked her for helping Nicole. Sensing something was wrong, Ted assumed she felt intimidated by the Dupree name and reassured her. Eva hinted at her difficult past and the father she never knew—possibly Ted. After she left, Leslie vowed revenge against the Hamiltons.
Dani, overwhelmed, went to a bar and asked for a mystery drink. She flirted with Andre via text but abruptly cut him off. Her plans grew more intriguing when she told Chelsea and Naomi to meet her at Dupree Manor for an “earth-shattering” announcement. Meanwhile, her best friend Vanessa was distracted by her lover Diego, while her husband Doug met with a shady casino owner who offered to clear his debt—at a dangerous price.
At Dupree Manor, Dani dramatically declared her marriage dead, expecting applause but receiving skepticism. She insisted she was reclaiming her happiness, prompting a brief celebration. But Jacob arrived with shocking news—Dani was under arrest for attempted murder. At the bar, Bill toasted his apparent victory.
Meanwhile, at the hospital, Nicole and Ted were delayed by a woman threatening to jump from the roof. Nicole rushed up, only to discover it was Leslie.
