Delon de Metz — A Biography
Born in Manhattan, New York, Delon de Metz started out sampling acting while still in high school. His mother thought acting classes with renowned coach Susan Batson might help his confidence during his upcoming college interviews. He moved on to the Horace Mann School before graduating with honors in economics from Harvard University. While de Metz dabbled with the idea of becoming an investment banker, he found that crunching numbers didn’t sound as appealing as the freedom and creativity he experienced with Batson.
De Metz made his television debut on The State of Georgia, followed quickly by appearances on Model Minority, Applebaum, Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous, Buttwhistle, Raymond Avenue, and Teen Wolf. He also had roles on Girl Meets World, Murder in the First, Castle, Scorpion, NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, The Kominsky Method, a recurring role on Zoo as Sam Parker, The Space Between, and, most recently, 9-1-1.
More followed before landing the core Forrester family role as the handsome and talented grandson of Eric Forrester, Zende Forrester Dominguez, on The Bold and the Beautiful in 2020. He plays the up-and-coming fashion designer for Forrester Creations, traveling from Los Angeles to Paris and back again.
When he is not on the set with the cast and crew of the beloved soap, de Metz stays fit practicing martial arts, hanging out at the beach, or enjoying anime.
