The “General Hospital spoilers” for Thursday, June 23 promise a day of unexpected romance and madcap capers!
Franco (Roger Howarth) and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) take their friendship to another level when they kiss. As their romance heats up, Franco decides not to answer text messages from his ex, Nina (Michelle Stafford). Getting the cold shoulder drives Nina up a wall.
Meanwhile, Kiki (Hayley Erin) is torn between Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) and Morgan (Bryan Craig). While Dillon has made her happy the last few months, Morgan is her first love. On Thursday, she feels the pull of both options. She tells Morgan they need to discuss where they stand.
Nikolas (Nick Stabile) and Ava (Maura West) thought they found the way out of captivity. When they nearly rush out the door, they soon face another obstacle!
