Will Hope (Annika Noelle) have the right to be upset over Liam (Scott Clifton) kissing Steffy Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) even though her betrayal happened first? Soap Hub posed this question to B&B fans. Here’s how viewers predict Hope will react when she finally learns the truth.
Bold and the Beautiful: Splitting Hairs
Many of you, 29%, say that no, Hope will have no right to be upset. How many times did Liam beg her not to rehire Thomas? How many times did Hope reassure Liam that nothing would go wrong? She lied either to him or to herself or to both of them. Liam didn’t fly to Rome to kiss Steffy. He just turned to an old friend in the moment because he was so stunned.
B&B Vows Betrayed
Over a third of you, 35%, say that yes, Hope might be upset. Liam shouldn’t have turned to Steffy because he pretends to care about her, and yet Steffy is married to Finn (Tanner Novlan). What was Liam thinking? It’s one thing to disrupt his own relationship with Hope, but why drag Steffy and Finn (and Hayes and Kelly by default) too? Hope and Liam should deal with one issue at a time; first, her kiss with Thomas and then, Liam’s with Steffy.
B&B Spoilers: Past Behavior
The rest of you, about 36%, say that, of course, Hope will be furious with Liam over his kissing Steffy. She’s already forgiven him for sleeping with his ex-wife after Liam erroneously thought that Hope had betrayed him with Thomas (she hadn’t — he was kissing mannequin Hope). Will Liam see that maybe his past betrayals laid the groundwork for Hope straying? That’s one of many questions that may be answered.
