The General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 25 – March 29, 2024 reveal emotions all around Port Charles as Jason comes out of hiding, Trina breaks down over Spencer, and Dante’s condition changes.

Episode 15428: MONDAY, MARCH 18, 2024
Dex (Evan Hofer) admitted to Josslyn (Eden McCoy) that he was going to kill Cyrus (Jeff Kober) for Sonny (Maurice Benard), and in turn she broke up with him. Tracy (Jane Elliot) demonstrated her rare kindness when she offered to make an exhausted Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) coffee, and later visited Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) at the hospital and shared a sweet moment with Sonny. Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) explained to Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) her plan to get her friend back into the law world. Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) revealed to Marshall (Robert Gossett) and his family that he was most likely misdiagnosed for being black. Stella (Vernee Watson), already riled up from the misdiagnosis information, took it out on Tracy when she realized Tracy was putting off a free checkup.
Episode 15429: TUESDAY, MARCH 19, 2024
Josslyn arrived at Carly’s (Laura Wright) house upset over her breakup. At Charlie’s, Sonny and Kristina (Kate Mansi) talked about Dante before Natalia (Eva LaRue) interrupted. She asked Sonny if he was always okay with Kristina being LGBTQIA+. Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) went to visit Jason (Steve Burton) at the boathouse again and the two bonded. When Danny returned to the mansion, he was confronted by Jagger (Adam Harrington), who attempted to question the minor until Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) rose hell. Dex showed up at the PCPD asking for Anna (Finola Hughes) and confessed everything he knew about Sonny. Anna told him nothing would come of it and would only put him in danger, so she decided to look the other way. Later, she arrived at Jagger’s hotel room offering him a drink.
Episode 153430: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20, 2024
James (Gary James Fuller) called Tracy out for being mean to Cody (Josh Kelly) and they all had a bonding moment at the stables. Over lunch, Alexis told Molly (Kristen Vaganos) her plan to return to law and Molly worried the undertaking would cause her mom to start drinking again. After speaking with Sonny about their daughters, Natalia realized she needs to mend fences with Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez). Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn both vented to each other, Chase worrying he didn’t want to be a cop anyone and Brook Lynn revealing she threatened Jagger, to which Chase informed her is a federal crime. Over drinks, Anna admitted Jagger was right to want to take down Sonny and Jagger admitted he was wrong for trying to question a minor alone.
Episode 15431: THURSDAY, MARCH 21, 2024
Drew (Cameron Mathison) showed up at The Invader asking Nina (Cynthia Watros) if she wants her Crimson job back. During a Deception photoshoot, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) was put under pressure to change her look. Before going in for surgery, Laura (Genie Francis) and Heather (Alley Mills) discussed what the future could be like for Heather. After Deanna (Dioni Michelle Collins) told Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) there was a discrepancy in the GH pharmacy, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) hurried home to Michael (Chad Duell) to tell him they could get caught for taking antibiotics for Jason. Michael decided to call Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), who hacked into the hospital computer system to change the pharmacy inventory records.
Episode 15432: FRIDAY, MARCH 22, 2024
Jason finally reached out to Diane, who joined him in turning himself in at the PCPD. Cody and Olivia comforted each other over Dante’s condition. At the Deception office, Sasha quit as the face of Deception.
Week Ahead
Coming up on GH, Jason’s loved ones will see the aftermath of him turning himself in. It also looks like medical conditions will change for Dante and Gregory (Gregory Harrison), and an unlikely pair grow closer.
