The Y&R spoilers recap for Thursday, January 6, 2022, picks up with Devon Hamilton continuing to gather support for his plans to get legal rights to Dominic, while Billy Abbott does a smug tour around Genoa City, and Moses Winters and Faith Newman continue to politely tap-dance around each other.

After Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) told Devon (Bryton James) that he has legal standing when it comes to Dominic, he then moved on to asking Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) what he should do.
Devon explained that he doesn’t want to undermine Chance’s (Conner Floyd) position as Dominic’s father, but, due to the man’s PTSD, Devon is just trying to protect Dominic from his other dad’s stress. Question: If Chance had, say, cancer, would Devon be equally as enthused to get Dominic out of a house where the adults in his life were under pressure?
When Devon sees a perfectly happy Dominic with his perfectly relaxed parents, he decides that he needs to sue for visitation. (Uhm… what?)

Young and the Restless: I Win
Billy (Jason Thompson) turned on a dime and, instead of continuing his plan against Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), got in his face and gloated that Billy WAS going to bring Adam down, but now he’s decided that Adam isn’t worth it so he isn’t going to do it, and doesn’t Adam feel stupid now? (Uhm… what????)
Billy then swaggered over to Victoria Newman Locke’s (Amelia Heinle) where he told her he was pulling the plug on the plan and doesn’t Victoria feel sorry that, instead of doing what was best for Billy, she did what was best for herself? She is a terrible person for putting herself instead of him first? (Uhm… What???) Victoria decides she’ll go after Newman Media even without Billy.
Meanwhile, Faith (Reylynn Caster) buys Moses (Jacob Aaron Gaines) a coat and he feels bad that he only got her a book so he buys her a charm bracelet. Phew…crisis averted!
