Victoria (Amelia Heinle) really, really wants to be the only media mogul in Genoa City. She tried to buy her father’s media company out from under her brother, but he refused. So Victoria and Ashland (Richard Burgi) have a new plan: Sue for the rights to use the Newman name.
Y&R: Never Surrender
Chance (Conner Floyd) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) back down and agree to let Devon have a legal claim on Dominic. They don’t say anything specific, but that’s why rich people have lawyers. Chance worries that he bullied Abby into doing what he wants, but she swears that she agrees it’s what’s best for Dominic.
They agree to work together to heal Chance. But both secretly look worried. Devon is thrilled and promises Dominic that he will have Neil’s name and carry on his legacy. But Neil and Devon have different last names. So what justification would Devon have for doing that?

Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) break their wedding news to delighted members of their family. Well, almost everyone is delighted. Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) looks vaguely pained. Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) tells Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow) that their son has “fallen in love with Tessa again.” That seems…a bit much.
