Kym Douglas, the real-life widow of Jerry Douglas who played John Abbott, will be making a special appearance on the soap later this month. She’ll play Zelda Wilford and be part of a special episode honoring the late Abbott family patriarch. Douglas previously appeared on Y&R’s sister soap The Bold and the Beautiful as Sharon in 2017.
