Patrika Darbo makes her Y&R debut as Shirley Spectra, Sally’s (Courtney Hope) grandmother, on Monday, October 19—she arrives in Genoa City to attend her granddaughter’s wedding to Billy (Jason Thompson). Darbo originally portrayed the character on The Bold and the Beautiful from 2017 to 2018.
Jai Rodriguez is back as esteemed party planner Pietro on Monday, October 19. The former Queer Eye for the Straight Guy star shares scenes with Michael Mealor’s Kyle and others throughout the week. Rodriguez last appeared on the soap in May of 2025, when his character arranged Nikki’s (Melody Thomas Scott) lavish birthday bash.
Paxton Mishkind and Sienna Mercuri pop in as Johnny and Katie Abbott. Look for the teens to be on hand for their onscreen dad’s nuptials beginning Monday, October 19.
