Who's coming and who's going from Y&R?
Check out the latest casting news from The Young and the Restless this week. Namely, who’s joining and exiting the daytime drama. Find out if any of your favorite performers from yesteryear are returning, or if any newcomers are boarding the soap in contract, recurring, or day-player roles.
The soap has recast the role of young Harrison Newman, Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Summer’s (Allison Lanier) son. Kellen Enriquez, who originated the role back in 2021, is out, and Redding Munsell has replaced him.
Munsell, a daytime newcomer, has limited credits. He appeared in the short RED, WHITE AND BLUE, and will portray Anna Nicole Smith’s son, Daniel, in the upcoming drama HURRICANNA, which details the final days of the pop culture icon’s life. He’ll begin airing in April.
Beth Maitland pops back in as Traci Abbott on Tuesday, March 26. She’ll share scenes with Peter Bergman’s Jack.
Catherine Dyer has been playing Dr. Alcott. The character is Connor’s (Judah Mackey) therapist.
