The Young and the Restless (YR) Recap: Chelsea Spilled About Christian!

The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Friday, February 16 features a day that started at Noah’s party, but ended in an elevator — with many secrets spilled in between.

Always Believe Women
Just as Hilary (Mishael Morgan) was trying to turn her life around, preparing to be a mom, and complimenting Lily (Christel Khalil) on Charlie’s (Noah Alexander Gerry) work.

Lily responded that Hilary’s show isn’t entirely unwatchable, which is almost a compliment. Devon (Bryton James) then stumbled upon a recording of Juliet (Laur Allen) confessing that Cane (Daniel Goddard) didn’t actually harass her, after all.

Good-By, Mumbai
Noah (Robert Adamson) threw a party to announce that he is moving to Mumbai to work for Newman Enterprises. That’s how he’s going to prove that he’s no longer dependent on his family. Nick and Sharon (Sharon Case) were horrified. Victor (Eric Braeden) thought it’s a nifty idea.

Counter-Punch
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) told Billy (Jason Thompson) about the serial numbers proving Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) robbed Fenmore’s. Billy did caution that Victor might be framing her.

Phyllis confronted Chelsea, and saw the ring on her finger, realizing that Chelsea and Nick (Joshua Morrow) are engaged. (Earlier, Victor threatened Chelsea about it, and she smugly informed him that there was nothing The Mustache could do to keep them from living happily ever after.)

Phyllis offered to let Chelsea off the hook if she broke up with Nick. Chelsea countered that she knows a secret that will destroy Nick – and she’ll use it if she’s backed into a corner.

Phyllis accused Chelsea of bluffing. Chelsea counters that Christian isn’t Nick’s son – he’s Adam’s. If the truth comes out, it will be all Phyllis’ fault. Chelsea seemed to be a bit confused about how responsibility works.
