The Young and the Restless Recap (YR): Nikki and Sharon Saw JT!

The Young and the Restless recap (YR) for Friday, July 6th features a plethora of dug-up graves. Kyle went after Phillip’s final resting place, and Nikki and Sharon thought they saw JT out of his.

Plus, Ashley asked Billy if she can return to Jabot, and Abby fingered the wrong culprit in Arturo’s latest woes.

Coming and Going
Arturo (Jason Canela) told Abby (Melissa Ordway) that Victor is hassling him again. Abby prepared to confront her dad, only to learn that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) was behind it. She warned Arturo to stay away from Abby. He didn’t. So, she became cranky.

Later, Nikki lamented to Sharon (Sharon Case) that Victor might go to prison for a crime she committed. (As opposed to his not going to jail for all the crimes he actually did commit).

The two women heard a noise outside and peek out the window – to find JT (Thad Luckinbill) staring back at them.

Home Again, Home Again
Ashley (Eileen Davidson) wanted to know if Victor (Eric Braeden) killed JT. Victor was horrified that she would even ask such a thing. He demanded Ashley’s loyalty! Ashley responded by quitting Newman and asking Billy (Jason Thompson) if she can come back to Jabot.

Billy dodged a close call when Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) wanted to throw him a birthday party on Jaboat as Summer (Hunter King) gave him a head’s up and Billy lied that it was undergoing repairs. He then got busy worrying about how he’s going to win his yacht back.

When Jack (Peter Bergman), Traci (Beth Maitland), and Lauren (Tracey Bregman) threatened to side with Ashley if it comes to a board vote, Billy pretended to be excited about his sister’s return.

Meanwhile, Kyle (Michael Mealor), feeling like he’s losing more and more ground at Jabot, took matters into his own hands and went to dig up Phillip’s grave!
