The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Thursday, December 14 features day of true confessions, as Nikki had to admit what she did to Victor, Faith admited what she saw to Mariah, and Scott admited how he really feels to Sharon.

Lie Down With Victor, Get Up With Bad Habits
Let’s make one thing clear: Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) was no saint before she met Victor (Eric Braeden). She’d lied and manipulated and cheated on her husband. She’d even killed people.

But you have to assume that thirty on and off years around Victor led to something rubbing off. Nikki may have been a liar, a manipulator, a cheater, and a killer… but she wasn’t a thief. Yet.

Whenever Victor is caught doing something wrong, he always uses love of family as an excuse. Maybe Nikki could have stolen a line from his playbook and claimed the same thing, when she confessed to Victoria (Amelia Heinle) that Nikki stole a bunch of Victor’s money. And now the Justice Department wants to know all about it.

My, What Big Eyes You Have
Mariah (Camryn Grimes) has had enough of watching Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) glare daggers at Scott.

Nick (Joshua Morrow) thought it’s just a rerun of the way Faith felt when Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) moved in with Nick, but Mariah suspected it was something more.

She finally got Faith to confess to seeing Scott kissing Abby (Melissa Ordway). Now, what will Mariah do with the information?

He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not
Sharon (Sharon Case) is tired of trying to pin Scott (Daniel Hall) down. She told him she loved him, but that only seemed to freak him out. She wondered if they made a mistake moving in together. Scott assured Sharon he loves her. She believed him. Now it’s Abby’s turn to ask.
