The Young and the Restless (YR) Recap: Kyle Manipulated Dina!

The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Friday, April 27 is full of awkward conversations, as Kyle pumped Dina for details about her past, Victor questioned Arturo, Hilary tried to talk to Devon about her doctor’s appointment, and Phyllis made it clear Sharon better keep her lips zipped… or else.

You Look Familiar
Kyle (Michael Mealor) took Grandma Dina (Marla Adams) out for lunch, trying to figure out who Jack’s (Peter Bergman) biological father might be.

When Kyle fooled Dina into thinking he’s her former lover, he thinks he’s getting somewhere. But, Dina can’t remember the fellow’s name.

Come Into My Parlor, Said the Spider to the Fly
Victor (Eric Braeden) invited Arturo (Jason Canelo) to the house. To discuss numbers. He wanted to know what other services Arturo is providing.

Arturo assured him that Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) is very happy with his work. Later, Victor told Nikki he doesn’t trust Arturo, but she refuses to fire him. Victor promised there will be trouble.

Chemical Attraction
Hilary (Mishael Morgan) was devastated to hear her pregnancy didn’t take. She tried to tell Devon (Bryton James), but he blew her off to be with Simone. Hilary was worried he’ll think she made the whole thing up.

She is brought to tears by all the baby gifts her fans have sent, and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) urged Hilary to share her pregnancy details on the air.

No Words
Nick (Joshua Morrow) invited Sharon (Sharon Case) to Reed’s (Tristan Lake Leabu) going away party, where she, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), Nikki, and Victoria are all on edge as Reed talked about missing his dad. So they pretended to hate each other by loudly sniping.

Sharon couldn’t handle being in the house where JT (Thad Luckinbill) died, and took off. Phyllis caught up to her at the club, and warned that if she blabs, Phyllis will see her back in the loony bin!
