The Young and the Restless (YR) Recap: JT Proposes to Victoria!

The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Thursday, March 22 is all fire and fury, with JT first scaring the hell out of Victoria, then proposing to her. Jack and Victor nearly come to blows, Dina tells a story which prompts Ashley to rethink her relationship with her brother, and Sharon wants Nick gone.

Keep Your Hands To Yourself
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) cowers in the bathroom after JT’s (Thad Luckinbill) outburst, but he coaxes her out and swears that he will never, ever get violent again. Victoria tells him he’s been emotionally abusing her, too, but JT whimpers it’s because her success makes him feel like a loser.

JT wonders if he should move out, but also reminds Victoria how much he loves her and how badly he wants their relationship to work. JT asks Victoria to marry him. She kisses him and they start to make love.

Not Big Enough For the Both Of Us
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) invites Jack (Peter Bergman), Devon (Bryton James), and Nick (Joshua Morrow) to discuss investing in her new non-profit.

Victor (Eric Braeden) shows up and wants to play, too. Nikki allows him to participate and introduces him to Arturo (Jason Canela). Nick thinks that’s a really bad idea.

The two men argue over Ashley, and nearly come to blows. Everyone is so used to it by now, they don’t even blink.

Remembrance of Things Past
Ashley (Eileen Davidson) sits in on Abby’s (Melissa Ordway) interview with Dina (Marla Adams) and hears her tell a story about how much little Ashley adored her big brother. She’s still suing him, though.

Go Away
Mariah (Sharon Case) convinced Sharon (Sharon Case) that living in close proximity to Nick is a bad idea. She’ll start to develop feelings for him again. Sharon agrees and asks Nick to move out. He’s a bit blind-sided but reluctantly agrees.
