The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Friday, April 6 features JT deciding there’s only one way to solve his problem with Victoria – and Victor.
It’s Him Or Me
After Victoria (Amelia Heinle) told JT (Thad Luckinbill) she was considering breaking up with him, JT pointed out that he’s not Victor (Eric Braeden). Victor is the controlling emotional abuser, not him. (No need to fight, boys – you’re both horrible people!)
When JT heard that blood was found at the crime scene that doesn’t match Victor or Jack (Peter Bergman), he realized he needed to get Victor out of the way – for good.
JT snuck into Victor’s hospital room – and flicked off the life support.
Hilary (Mishael Morgan) was covering the dedication of the Newman housing development in Kay’s (Jeanne Cooper) name – and pouting about Devon (Bryton James) inviting Simone to sing.
She managed to film Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) interrupting Jill’s (Jess Walton) speech. The melee ended with Jill reminding Nikki she used to be a stripper, and Nikki flinging dirt in Jill’s face.
Nikki fainted, but insisted she’s fine. Later, Kyle (Michael Mealor) helped Hilary make Devon jealous by kissing her. Hilary let Simone know she and Devon plan on having a baby – the old-fashioned way.
Family Matters
Kyle had a busy day as earlier, he asked Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) if he could move into the Abbott house. They turned him down, claiming it would upset Dina (Marla Adams).
Kyle reminded that he’s a blood Abbott…Ashley and Abby are not. The two women debated using the (non)-blood Abbott clause to get him out of the company.
The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
