The Young and the Restless (YR) Recap: JT Arrived To Bring Down Victor!

The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Tuesday, December 12 features Jack trying to work from home – and keep Dina and Gloria from killing each other. You also get a surprise comeback.

Above Board
Even as Kevin (Greg Rikaart) made a cryptic phone call to confess his fear that Victor will figure out what they’ve done, Victor (Eric Braeden) was telling Victoria (Amelia Heinle) that he has nothing to hide. Michael (Christian J. Leblanc) warned Victor not to get too complacent.

The Feds sent someone to go over his personal finances with a fine-tooth comb. And that someone turned out to be Reed’s (Tristan Lake Leabu) dad and Vicky’s ex — J.T. (Thad Luckinbill). Victor is not one of J.T.’s favorite people.

Home Is Where the Hate Is
Having dispatched Ashley (Eileen Davidson) to the Jabot lab, Jack (Peter Bergman) tried to run the rest of the business from home. First, Dina (Marla Adams) barged in on his video-conference, then she and Gloria (Judith Chapman) commenced sniping.

Dina capped off her day by telling Jack that John was always disappointed in him, and that Jack let the company stagnate. Jack took his frustration out on Ashley, and both resolved to work harder and make their late dad proud.

My, What Big Eyes You Have
Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) caught Scott (Daniel Hall) kissing Abby (Melissa Ordway), but refused to tell Mariah (Camryn Grimes) why she was avoiding mom’s new live-in boyfriend.

She just pouted a lot, same way she did when she was mad about being kept from Victor.

Meanwhile, Sharon (Sharon Case) told Scott she loves him, and he reciprocated. But he also told Mariah he is nowhere near ready to go ring shopping.
