The Young and the Restless
Popular “Young and the Restless,” Camryn Grimes and Melissa Ordway, participated in a “Makeup Challenge” for the latest installment of CBS’ “Not Suitable for Daytime” digital video series.
“Not only are we on ‘The Young and the Restless,’ but we hate each other,” Grimes (Mariah Copeland) said jokingly. She added that this is why they agreed to don blindfolds and do each other’s makeup. The two clearly have only good feelings toward each other, as they giggle their way through this fun romp of demented makeovers!
Watching Grimes smile and be pleasant is quite a new experience, especially with how moody and sarcastic her character Y&R character is! You may want to just reach into your screen and give her a big hug!
In the middle of Ordway’s (Abby Newman) makeover, a surprise guest appears, unbeknownst to Grimes, adding a twist to this lesson in how to look like Bette Davis in “Whatever Happened to Baby Jane”. Watch the video to see who it is!
Try not to hate Melissa Ordway for being beautiful, as Kelly LeBrock demurred in the iconic 80s Pantene commercial. Even with…shall we say…unorthodox makeup–she looks rather cute. Well, except for the bright red lipstick smeared generously over her kisser!
CBS launched the NSFD video series earlier this year. It shows our favorite CBS daytime stars in fun, rib-tickling contexts we don’t always get to see them in. Previous videos have featured “The Whisper Challenge,” in which an actor tries to guess what another is saying while listening to loud music on noise-canceling headphones, as well as Pierson Fode (Thomas Forrester) chowing down on a hamburger in a hilariously raunchy manner.
Don’t miss “The New Yorkers,” a “Saturday Night Live”-inspired skit involving some soapy fun with “Bold and the Beautiful” stars acting like New York stereotypes on steroids!
