Tracey Bregman (Lauren) of The Young and the Restless has posted an emotional milestone in her life.
While her story is filled with loss and pain, Bregman wants her family, friends, and followers to know she’s in a good place.
It was a year ago today that the Emmy-winning actress lost her father, Buddy Bregman, who suffered from Alzheimer’s disease — the condition that also took the life of Y&R creator William J. Bell, and so many others.
“It has been a year of deep discovery, lots of tears and now, healing,” Bregman shares.
Buddy Bregman was an internationally recognized producer, director, writer, composer, conductor, arranger, and musical director. He helped conduct music for double-platinum artists.
Soap Hub wishes Bregman continued support as she remembers her beloved father on the first anniversary of his passing.
The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
