In September of 2015, Daniel Goddard, who plays Cane, broke his left elbow while taping a fight scene for The Young and the Restless (YR).
According to social media updates provided by the actor, his body rejected the metal implant, designed to help with healing, so a subsequent surgery was necessary.
The journey to recovery has been a long one, but the good news is that Goddard has provided a new update, showing his followers he’s been able to still work out despite some challenges.
“I’m finally finding ways to work around the injury,” Goddard wrote on Instagram.
One reason the former Beastmaster star is sharing his story is because he’d like to inspire his followers to start working out or take their current regime to the next level. “Let’s go and do this together!”
Check out Goddard’s post below in which you can see the fit actor clad in nothing but black boxers…and a smile!
