The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Monday, February 5 are open for business… and threats. Chelsea isn’t about to sit around passively in the face of danger, and Ashley and Victoria feel the same way… about each other.

The Best Defense Is a Good Offense
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) appeared just as invested in finding out who cloned the Fenmore website to sell knockoff Chelsea 2.0 fashions as Lauren (Tracey Bregman) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). She even cheered J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) being hired to investigate further.

But it was all just evidence of what a good con-artist she was — is? — as Chelsea gave no indication that she was actually the mysterious “Alexandra West” who committed the crime… and banked the money.

Chelsea was able to close her account moments before J.T. would have caught her in the act, and she continues to cover her tracks.

The more others attack, the harder Chelsea defends.

And she isn’t above making a few choice threats if she has to. Chelsea is a survivor. And everyone else is collateral damage.

Does that include Nick (Joshua Morrow)? What about the kids? Will Chelsea pull out her biggest secret — Christian not actually being Nick’s son — to protect herself?

Once she’d elbowed Abby (Melissa Ordway) out of the way, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) figured her path to being Victor’s (Eric Braeden) Number Two was clear.

But that was before Abby’s mom took a high-ranking job at Newman.

Now Victoria realizes she has to burst past their unified front. And she’s happy to do it. Deposing both Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and Abby will only reinforce for Victor that Victoria can be as ruthless as that biography written decades ago about her dad.
