The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Tuesday, March 13 find the Newmans scrambling about what to do following Victoria’s confession of setting up Ashley – and Victor spilling the beans about it to not just Ashley, but JT, as well.
Killing Two Birds With One Stone
The first time Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and JT (Thad Luckinbill) split up, disagreement over Victor (Eric Braeden) and whether or not he actually qualified as a human being or just a large sack of evil, played a not insignificant part.
When they reunited, they briefly gave lip-service to how they would handle Victor wanting to butt into every aspect of their business.
Soon, however, Victoria and JT had a host of non-Victor-based problems, including a snotty Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu), JT’s soon-to-be ex-wife, and his tendency to throw a fit every time Victoria wasn’t spending every minute of her day thinking about him.
There’s also the minor detail that JT is secretly investigating Victor for Paul (Doug Davidson). He was struggling with lying to Victoria about it.
But then JT found out – from Victor, natch – that Victoria had been lying to him about Ashley.
Will JT take out his anger now on Victor in a way he’d been hesitant about before? Will Newman get hoisted by his own petard (at long last)?

Abby (Melissa Ordway) has already announced her intention to use Victoria’s betrayal to lobby for a bigger role at Newman. Victoria is going to need all the help and support she can get.
Will she try to recruit Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) to join forces with her against Victor’s “other” family?
And, if it comes down to his daughter with Nikki versus his daughter with Ashley, which will Victor choose?
