The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Monday, August 14 are a study in real-estate, as Victor is done with Nick not paying rent, Abby draws territorial lines at work, and Hochman points out Billy’s residential hypocrisy.

This House Is For Rent
Nick (Joshua Morrow) is a grown man who stands on his own feet and takes care of his own affairs. While still living in Daddy’s house.

Yeah, well, Victor (Eric Braeden) is done with that. Disowning his son doesn’t just mean punching and mumbling.

It means canceling his country-club membership (oh, the horror), tanking his investments (OK, that’s actually illegal), and throwing him out of the house where Nick has been living rent-free, on and off for a couple of decades now.

You don’t need Dear Old Dad? Then you don’t need what he provides you with.

What’s Good for the Billy Is Good For the Vicky
Hochman (Ben Hermes) may be slimy and sleazy. But that doesn’t mean he’s always wrong.

When Billy (Jason Thompson) gets on his high-horse about Victoria’s dating habits, Hochman points out that Billy has a live-in girlfriend — remember, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni)? — that he’s even introduced to the kids.

Abby (Melissa Ordway) didn’t like Scott (Daniel Hall) when he and his beard came to work at Newman Enterprises. Now that he’s shaved off the beard — sexy times with Sharon (Sharon Case)… and a razor; hey, whatever gets you going, guys — she’s not any more of a fan.
