The Young and the Restless Spoilers (YR): Sharon and Scott Make Future Plans — Separately

The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Friday, December 1 promise lots of hurt feelings and shattered expectations as Scott and Sharon make plans for the future — that are pretty much the exact opposite, and Ashley and Victor disagree about what’s best for their daughter.

New Year’s Resolutions
Having twigged to… something… going on between Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Scott (Daniel Hall), Sharon (Sharon Case) resolved to show Scott how much he means to her. Sharon decides she and Scott should move in together.

So she goes and asks… Nick (Joshua Morrow).

Sharon asks Nick his thoughts on Scott moving in with Sharon… and Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind). Nick does not have his happy face on.

Though, really, what leg does he have to stand on? The woman he’s living with, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), has just been outed as a major con-artist. Even more major than she was before. So who is Nick to judge?

If You Can Make It There
At the same time, Scott is getting a job offer. It’s the chance to actually do real journalism again, rather than toadying for Victor. And he can be on the air! You know more of America deserves to see that pretty, freshly shaved face.

But the job is in New York. Which is in the opposite direction from Sharon’s house. And Sharon.

Nothing Personal
Ashley (Eileen Davidson) lays into Victor (Eric Braeden) about pushing Abby out of a job after everything she’s been through. (We presume Ashley means Abby’s ordeal with Zack, not her sleeping with Scott.)

Who wants to bet that Victor will turn it around to all that he’s been through, and how all of his children are ungrateful for the opportunities he gives them, and that Abby has put all of Newman Enterprises at risk so where’s the sympathy for poor, put-upon Victor?
