The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) reveal Sharon losing it when she hears Nick’s even considering a return to the corporate world!
Extending the Olive Branch
The offer to go back to Newman Enterprises isn’t something Nick (Joshua Morrow) takes lightly. In the past his answer would have been a hard nope, but this time is different.
In fact, much of his life is different and it’s causing him to second guess everything he thought about working with his father.
A Worrisome Future
Unfortunately, his indecision doesn’t sit well with his girlfriend. Sharon (Sharon Case) can sense trouble coming a mile away and warns Nick to stay far from his dad’s business.
Victor (Eric Braeden) has a way of reeling his children in only to destroy them in the end. It’s not what she wants for their life together and certainly not what she wants for Nick.
Sharon Starts Scheming
Sharon even tries to steer Nick the right way by getting him to compile a list of pros and cons, hoping that’ll do the trick. Shockingly, it’s the pro side that gets the most attention. All those dollar signs and promises are pushing Nick back to the dark side, and Sharon nearly loses her mind.

Good Help Is Hard to Find
Seeking some urgent help, Sharon even calls on Victoria to plead her case. Vicky’s been there for all the big Newman men blowouts and Sharon prays Nick’s big sister will remind him of them all.
However, her little plan blows up in her face when Vicky gets excited at the prospect of Nick returning to work.
Victoria’s been dying to have someone on her side against Ashley (Eileen Davidson) and knows Nick will always be there for her. Instead of deterring him she runs right over to the house and begs him to don his suit and get back to work.
The Prodigal Son Returns
Sharon’s nightmare becomes a reality when she realizes she’s losing the battle. Nick will be back in his father’s clutches before too long and it could destroy their entire future together.
