The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Wednesday, May 23 hint at new beginnings, as Billy decides he’ll be keeping his new position at Jabot, Abby offers Arturo a new opportunity, and Sharon tries to make everything perfect before she officially reunites with Nick.
Meet the New Boss
Jack (Peter Bergman) initially used the Only Blood Abbot clause to keep Ashley (Eileen Davidson) from taking over at Jabot.
Now that he knows he isn’t one, either, Jack – and Kyle (Michael Mealor) – are dying to revoke it and move on.
Billy was all for getting rid of the clause, for Ashley’s sake and for Jack’s. Until Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) convinced Billy that he belonged at the top, and shouldn’t be in such a hurry to give it up.
Jack and Kyle call a board meeting to vote on removing the clause, and the vote comes down to Billy. He still loves Ashley and Jack as siblings, but it’s Billy’s turn to be top dog!
